As well as managing the business’s marketing efforts, he also helps out with the occasional dog wash. Mr Cooper and his wife actively support the animal charities the RSCPA and Soi Dog Foundation, the latter of which has been advocating for, rescuing and neutering stray cats and dogs in Asia for more than 20 years. The organisation helps thousands of animals every year and provides treatment for injured and sick stray cats and dogs in its shelter hospitals.

Mr Cooper identifies his key skills as entrepreneurship, the ability to think creatively, business development and motivational management, and his main professional topics of interest are sales leadership and emerging technologies.
